REFUND POLICY

Please contact me if you wish to return an item, please do not ship an item back without speaking to me first. Shipping fees are nonrefundable; buyer pays return shipping. Customised items (such as resized rings) are not eligible for return.

GER and EU

Customers in the EU have by law 14 days to return an item. I will offer you a full refund of the item price on the safe return of the item. The item must be in original condition, as sold, with no alterations, damage or additional wear to be eligible for a refund. All items must be received back with their original packaging in full, I reserve the right to deduct the cost of the packaging materials if you do not return them. I reserve the right to refund a lesser amount where loss of value has occurred, if you have worn the item.

Outside of the EU

Please inform me of your intent to return within 3 days of the item arriving, and post back within 7. I will offer you a full refund on the safe return of the item. The item must be in original condition, as sold, with no alterations, damage or additional wear to be eligible for a refund. All items must be received back with their original packaging in full, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of our packaging materials if you do not return them.

International orders returned must clearly state 'RETURN' on the outer packaging to avoid me incurring customs charges. If the customer does not mark 'Return' on the parcel and I incur customs charges due to this then the amount will be deducted from their refund price.

Please note that return postage is payable by the buyer and not SEVENGEMS and original postage costs are non refundable. Please ensure all original packaging is used to send the item back. I require that you use a tracked shipping and insured method, and send me a copy of the tracking number via Email.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns on earrings once they have been worn.


CUSTOMS, DUTY AND TAXES

International clients are responsible for knowing and paying any customs fees, duty fees and taxes implemented by their own country, if applicable. Each country has their own rules regarding customs, import taxes, and fees; I have no control over these fees. These are not shipping charges and are not included in the cost of your purchase.


POSTAGE COSTS AND SERVICES

GER ORDERS: All items are sent via a tracked and insured service, we will update your order with your parcel tracking number after it has been posted so that you can follow its journey to you. The amount will be added to the final cost at the check out.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All items are sent via a tracked and insured service, we will update your order with your parcel tracking number after it has been posted so that you can follow its journey to you. The amount will be added to the final cost at the check out. Please be aware that International orders can vary greatly in arrival time, while the International Tracked and Signed service usually does arrive within 7 days, it can vary and parcels can take up to 28 working days to arrive on occasion; sometimes they can be held up outwith our control due to Customs.


I unfortunately cannot be held responsible for items which go missing in the post. I always obtain a receipt to prove that we have fulfilled our duties and have shipped the item via whichever method you selected. If you selected International tracked delivery then I can file an insurance claim to seek reimbursement for the missing parcel (please be aware that any successful insurance claims will be forwarded to the customer upon our receipt of them and not before); however if you selected standard airmail then no compensation can be claimed.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please note: It is the buyers responsibility to read each listing in entirety before purchasing. I aim to ship every order within 48 hours of the order being placed. If you contact me to cancel an order before it has been shipped, I will cancel the order for you as per your request and 10% of the item cost will be charged and retained from your payment as a re-stocking fee.


PLEASE NOTE:

Clients are responsible for entering the correct shipping information; changes to shipping address after order is placed can not be guaranteed. I always post to the address you supply to me, so if you get this wrong unfortunately I cannot be held responsible if the parcel does not reach you. Re-shipping orders returned to me due to buyer error (incorrect address at checkout) will incur new postage charges which are the sole responsibility of the buyer
